State Bar Convention

The annual State Bar Convention was hosted in Tucson, Arizona with seminars taking place between June 14-16, 2017.  Lubin, Enoch & Bustamante PC partner Nicholas J. Enoch presented in the Employment and Labor Law Section on Prop 206 (“The Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act”), including its major components and requirements and a recent legislative challenge against it.
